Our next Kimchi class at Workshop Studios is on Saturday, January 18th, from 12-2:30pm. Come join us in making three kinds of kimchi together. We will discuss some kimchi history, do hands-on learning, and open for Q&A. Each student will go home with three jars of Kimchi (makkimchi - cut cabbage, kkakdugi - cubed radish, and oikimchi - cucumber). You can register for the class at workshoppgh.com/classes.
